Become a Member

To become a member of MINS, complete the online application indicating the category of membership requested, submit a CV or Resume. Each application will be reviewed and verified before membership is granted. Approval criteria includes credentials, and licensing. 

Several membership categories are available. Membership dues are paid in advance for a one year period and is not refundable.  To become a member, complete and submit the application form.

Members will receive several benefits including access to password protected areas of the MINS website to view or submit:

  • Case Studies and Abstracts published on the MINS website
  • Announce awards received
  • Listing of open positions for participating practice groups
  • Membership directory
  • Quality surgical and teaching videos
  • Electronic logo file to add to your website
  • Quarterly newsletter
  • Membership also includes becoming part of a searchable data base on the MINS website for patient’s seeking physicians who perform minimally invasive surgery.
